The hotel was clean with great service. The staff were amazing, respectful, and helpful. The owner, Pramod Sadaula, is a respectful gentleman and very helpful. It’s an excellent place to stay. The restaurants and food were very good. Everyone made my stay very memorable and enjoyable. I highly recommend Hotel Jay Suites.

Jay Suites is amazing place to stay in Kathmandu/Thamel area, very close to many historical attractions from the Hotel (Garden of Dreams, Dharbar square are walkable distance with in 10 minutes from Jay Suites) and for other prominent attractions I ended up using cab or pattao service. Hotel staff folks are super responsive and are able to help with my requests and suggestions to see places in and around Kathmandu..... Many thanks to Aanup (Host) he made me feel at home and helped me with sight seeing in and around Kathmandu as I had only 2 days in Kathmandu. I highly recommend this place, you will not be disappointed with your stay as the hotel Staff makes you feel at home....
