I checked in early on the app and when I arrived to get my room key, I was told that they no longer had my room available. "The room was horrible, there was a toothpick on the floor, the carpet was dirty and stained, the towels in the restroom were grey not white, the restroom door had two holes (looked like someone punched it) one of the holes looked like they tried to fix it but did a terrible job.
