"Overall a good stay! The staff are, polite, friendly, helpful and courteous and a true testament to the hotel. However, I had to give this 3 stars as the rooms are very tired and old and are in need of refurbishment. I found hair in my shower head, which was eventually resolved by the hotel staff and my son and I received an apology. Several of the guests I was travelling with unfortunately had food poisoning, but I guess this is a risk with all inclusive and having food out for a while. Also...

"Our stay was as a family with young kids. We chose half board (there’s an all inclusive option). The stay was ok overall. Pros: very friendly and helpful lady at the front desk, close to Anthony Quinn and Ladikio beaches, easy parking, many (basic) facilities, nice pool, superior room is good size and nice view to the pool and sea. Quiet for a good night’s sleep. Cons: the hotel is relatively outdated and many common areas require renovation. The superior room is renovated, but is very basic...
