From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations — the house is beautiful, spotless, and filled with charm. Every detail shows the owners’ dedication to comfort and hospitality. The location is perfect: peaceful, elegant, and close to everything we needed to explore Viterbo and its surroundings. The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the rooms spacious, and the garden a true oasis to relax. "The hotel is a 10 minute bike tide from Bullicame Thermal Springs, a lovely free park with hot pools, and thr Botanic Garden. We borrowed the hotel bikes and enjoyed a delightful visit. The dinner buffet was delicious and affordable, with a wide variety of foods. Hotel is immediately next to a bus station and a mall and a 20 minute walk from the old city walls. Everything about the hotel surpassed my expectations. Great job!"

"The space was very clean and comfortable. The room was unexpectedly cleaned every day to our surprise. The location is conveniently right off of the main route with access to all shopping, restaurants, and churches. Riccardo was the best. I can’t speak highly enough of him. He tried his best to communicate some in English to us since my Italian is not good. He did a wonderful job. He was a gracious host and very helpful with restaurants, places we should visit, helping with anything we needed, and organizing transportation for us. He made the experience more pleasant for us."

"The hotel is unique because of its access to the monumental thermal pool, and the room was a good size and comfortable. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay. The staff were helpful when we asked them questions, but the site is large and quite complex to find your way around; more information provided at check-in would be good, or in the rooms. I think this would particularly help international visitors like ourselves who do not speak Italian. The restaurants were fine, although the lunchtime service was very slow the day we used the Bistro at lunchtime. "
