I don’t know where to start but if someone would ask me I would have to say that the place is a Hotel from Hell. Decor from 1970s with whatever they had is gone. No coffee service , no bar or restaurant or lounge, no good hot water system, plenty of bed bugs , spiders, and cat crap all around the premises. "Excelente lugar para pasar en familia o en pareja. El personal es super amable y las cabañas son muy acogedoras. El lugar es muy tranquilo y literalmente estás rodeado de naturaleza en el bosque. Tienen muchas actividades para realizar como tiro con arco, tirolesas y recorridos guiados. Está a solo 10 min del pueblo de Mascota, que también es un lugar muy agradable con muchas cosas para hacer. "

"Rented 2 rooms to accommodate all my 5 children. Rooms super spacious and clean. Location was very convenient to walk to the plaza, church and shopping center. Lots of food vendors near by. Front desk lady was polite and helpful with answering local questions. Example where was the nearest hairdresser, laudrymat ect. Would definitely stay again. "
