"Hotel Mondschein was perfect for our stay in Innsbruck; it's location couldn't have been better for strolling to the Old Town as well as getting to terminals for buses and trams. The rooms were spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly (especially Elisa) and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast taken in the charming room overlooking the river, was excellent with a good selection and delicious fresh breads and pastries. Very good value for money...

"View from the room was incredible! Great location for exploring Innsbruck in a day, very easy to walk around, close to many dining options and shopping. Room was very clean, staff were friendly, overall a great stay! We also utilized the secure luggage storage. However the privacy in the bathroom could be improved as it is fully glass walls and doors. "

"Definitely the best stay across our 3 weeks trip across Europe (even better than global brands such as Holiday Inn, Marriot, Best Western Plus and Accor which we also stayed at this trip). I would even go as far as saying that with some up-levelling of the soft product this hotel could even be rated as 5 star instead of 4. Apart from the restful sleep, comfortable rooms and amenities, my partner and I also appreciate that the hotel is a short walk from town and has a decent supermarket just next...
