"A lovely old hotel and a large and gracious room. We enjoyed our stay and found the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast was generous and the afternoon tea was delicious. We celebrated my mum's 90th birthday and it was a great experience."

"This was our first premier in stay. Upon arrival there was signage out front “kids stay for free” which made us feel like we chose a family hotel since we were staying with our 2 young children. "Absolute gem of a place. Sarah is very hospitable and has all the amenities you need for a stay. The room was lovely and clean and breakfast was superb. We loved our stay and would love to come back one day thank you."

"Lovely stay at the Woden! It’s quaint, clean and conveniently located with nice amenities. The manager Jay was very helpful and I was afforded a room upgrade before I arrived at no charge- what a pleasant surprise!"

"Couldn’t ask for better, great staff , great room, great bed and pillows , I’ll be back if I’m the area for sure"

"Staff were ace"

"Overall a nice stay but the rooms needed a good clean and some simple renovation. The bed frame/fabric base was all stained, the floor was stained and the window latches all broken so the window was either wide open or shut. A couple of £1 hinges would fix it. Spiders in the shower in both rooms. The staff were great, parking easy, bar was nice. Just needs some simple tlc"

"Absolutely was incredible. I enjoyed it."

"Clean room and well maintained property"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Really good stay all round. Staff were lovely, food was lovely and everything was spot on. The rooms are a little dated but very well maintained. For what you pay, you really can’t complain. Would definitely stay again."
