"Room was excellent, clean and very quiet. Amenities were great. Staff was helpful and as an Expedia silver guest a full sized bottle of wine was provided. The hotel is within walking distance of shopping areas and eateries. The river is not far as well as the botanical gardens. Loved on site parking as we did not need our vehicle while staying. Would highly recommend for a stay in Christchurch. "

In addition to that, the rooms also have blinds, which really helps you to get a good night’s sleep. If you are an IHG member (free reward programme), you are eligible for a complimentary 2 p.m. late check-out, which was great as our flight was at 8 p.m., so we could stay in the hotel a bit longer.
