"The moment we checked in up to checking out was such a nice and professional experience. The desk staff were helpful and friendly. The daily cleaning and refreshing supplies in our room was great. Incredibly clean and felt very safe on the property. We did not eat breakfast so I am unable to review that portion but we did see loads of guests enjoying breakfast in the mornings. The location was absol5perfect- 10 mins from kata beach, 15 mins from karon beach. The walking street market was always a hit for meals. Best bang for your buck location and amenities wise. We went to the pool a couple of times and I was shocked at how no one was utilizing it- it was so clean, and so cool/refreshing. I'm not sure why other reviews complain that the pool is small - I thought it was a perfect size at the location. We are already planning on returning next year!!"

"The rooms and access to private pool is fantastic my family especially daughters loved it and rated it as #1pool for all 5 different hotel stays across south East Asia. All the staff are friendly and happy to helo especially the lovely person at the front of the property who always had a smile and helped us safely cross the road. "

"The breakfast buffet was amazing! Great stay! Great beach. Wonderful stay. Across the street from the hotel you can find some restaurants a couple shops and massage spas but generally the area is all for this hotel. A more lively area would be up the road at Kata Beach. However it’s a short walk or a short Grab ride. This area is better for kids. The resort has plenty to do and really caters to you if you have kids. They have babysitting service as well. "
