"Abbiamo usufruito di questa struttura per una notte. Il soggiorno alla fine è stato buono. La camera e il bagno erano grandi e comodi. Il letto purtroppo era basso ma alla fine per una notte è stato comodo. il bagno come detto grande. non abbiamo capito l'asse del wc in un materiale strano tipo gomma. non proprio comodissima. La colazione buona e abbondante. il giardino esterno ampio e curato con un posto auto semi coperto. "

"Spectacular 200 year old stone building with an amazing view. Beautiful well equipped and spacious apartment. The only issue was we are travelling by bicycle and the road up to the accommodation was greater than 12% grade and all gravel. Very difficult to get to. For other cyclists know ahead of time that you have a significant uphill push but worth it when you get to the top."

"Camera minimale ma pulita e dotata di ogni comfort. Unico appunto la temperatura della camera veramente eccessiva e non regolabile. Anche dopo aver chiamato la reception che ha provveduto a spegnere da remoto il riscaldamento la temperatura è rimasta sui 29 gradi.. troppo troppo.. l’unica era aprire la finestra, ma pioveva.."

"We stayed one night. Unique location - no concerns. We enjoyed the spacious updated bathroom. Minimal contact with staff. Very quiet. Limited amenities. We did take ourselves on a little tour of historic rooms in the building. Would have appreciated if there was more signage/explanations of the history of the building."

"What a wonderful experience. We rolled into Bolsena on a whim in a Friday evening in April. The place we’d booked online was closed! So we found Casa di Agatha online and made a reservation. When we pulled up is was dark and also looked closed, but soon Tiziano pulled up to let us in. The rooms are in a very old and beautifully preserved building. Each are thoughtfully decorated with antiques and hand painted ceilings. The bathrooms are lovely with modern provisions, but also elegantly...

"Great property 15 min outside of Orvieto. Incredible location with a spectacular view of the entire old city of Orvieto. They have a pool (for the hot months), they include breakfast and the personnel is extremely nice. Really a great place in Orvieto. "
