"What a wonderful experience. We rolled into Bolsena on a whim in a Friday evening in April. The place we’d booked online was closed! So we found Casa di Agatha online and made a reservation. When we pulled up is was dark and also looked closed, but soon Tiziano pulled up to let us in. The rooms are in a very old and beautifully preserved building. She could tell me the hotel was closed for winter but she had an other hotel in town called Hotel Platani Bolsena. "Abbiamo usufruito di questa struttura per una notte. Il soggiorno alla fine è stato buono. La camera e il bagno erano grandi e comodi. Il letto purtroppo era basso ma alla fine per una notte è stato comodo. il bagno come detto grande. non abbiamo capito l'asse del wc in un materiale strano tipo gomma. non proprio comodissima. La colazione buona e abbondante. il giardino esterno ampio e curato con un posto auto semi coperto. "

"The initial communication from the host was good and a late check-in service was provided. I could give a five star review if a correct reserved room was provided. We booked a large room for a family of 4. However an attic room for 2 persons (only have one bed) was provided. It's too late, unable to contact the host to make a change."

Well appointed, spacious room with a super comfy bed and pillows, kettle, large bathroom and picturesque views from the window. "This hotel is a gem in Orvieto. Its location is excellent, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The boutique property is very clean and classy, and the décor is unexpectedly unique, modern, and beautiful. The room was also very nice. I especially appreciated being able to step in from the street into a quiet, peaceful courtyard — the entrance is understated but classy. The breakfast offered each morning was excellent. I would gladly stay at this hotel again when returning to Orvieto."
