"Very good hotel in excellent central location. Nice staff and super clean. Room was good but not as big as expected in photos. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast was solid but not spectacular. Would have been nice to have more amenities around the property (e.g. rooftop area) but overall a very good stay. Recommended."

The hotel room was comfortable and very clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. Chocolate hour is a real treat and should not be missed. The spa was great and reasonably priced. "Das Hotel ist neu und auf dem neuesten Stand. Lage ist super. Dachterasse/Bar mir schönem Ausblick ist sehr schön. Gutes Frühstück. Nettes Personal. Leider ist der Parkplatz im Hotel sehr teuer und Anfahrt wegen Bauarbeiten unklar. Da hätte das Hotel eine Kommunikation machen können."

"Superbe hôtel moderne! La chambre était très propre, équipée avec des produits de qualité comme le mobilier, la literie, le sèche-cheveux, la tv etc... Situé dans un quartier animé et proche de la gare, l'emplacement était très pratique pour explorer les alentours en train. A 15 minutes à pied du vieux Bari. Il n'y a pas de réception, ce qui peut dérouter un peu au début mais l'hôtel communique très bien les codes d'accès et comment entrer donc c'est très apprécié. Je recommande à 100%!"

"Very close walking distance to the train station. If you have a car, good luck finding parking in this city. A parking garage will be your best option, or better yet, avoid renting a car if you’re visiting Bari. We ran out of hot water twice during our stay. Be sure to pay close attention to their messages, as they include important instructions and access codes needed to enter the property."

"I put 3 stars for overall because it is basic. The instructions were good only if you know how to follow them. It was not straight forward. The lobby on the ground floor is dark and no lights. However, the room is clean. Although there were no staff available but communication was good on whatsapp. The ticketed breakfast were good including the 10% discount on the restaurant. The restaurant offered good food and staff were nice."
