"A gem of a hotel so close to the train station and a short walk to the main attractions in Bari. The staff really make the hotel a place you want to return to, so friendly and knowledgable. - 24hr Front Desk, which is very helpful and as a solo traveller, it made me feel safe and cared for. If anything is wrong, you only have to ask. I stayed in a Deluxe room (both stays), which had a terrace balcony. No pretty view, but quite nice to sit, take a drink and read, between exploring. "The room was small, but the entrance was difficult. The close shopping was great. The city was beautiful with lots of interesting sites to see. Bari is a port city with a beautiful blue Adriatic Sea."

"Slow answers. Firstly you have to have WhatsApp on phone. Secondly, you have to download a key app. No flexibility to store luggage a bit before checking or after checkout. You get access exactly at the check-in time."
