"Second time I’ve used this hotel in a year when visiting FW. Staff are always helpful friendly and chatty. Was able to leave luggage there ahead of check in each time as I arrived early morning on sleeper train each time. Rooms and en-suites are well presented, clean and comfortable. Only marked down in one score as hotel looks a bit grotty on exterior. "

"Room was clean & big. The bathroom situation was weird, the shower was so small & water got everywhere. However, overall it was good. Easy to walk to shops & restaurants. Not very many parking spots available. "

"When I booked to stay here I didn't know what I was actually booking since I only needed a room for one night and this was the only option close to the Fort William train station that was left. WOW! "The rooms were not clean. My friend’s room had hair in the bathroom and the shower did not work. The ceiling in my bathroom had black mold. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls. We did not have rooms as nice as the ones shown. Maybe some of the rooms are nice? The manager was very professional and pleasant. "We had breakfast and dinner at the restaurant attached. Dinner was delicious and catered well to our vegetarian diet. Breakfast was adequate too. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Parking was convenient. Stayed with my husband and 2 kids, would stay again!"
