"It’s such a special place for us to stay. The hotel holds such lovely memories of our wedding day. It’s been developed even more now, but tastefully, holding its true identity in style and decor, with the more modern twists where needed. Every staff member is friendly, the food is delicious, lounge areas comfy, outside areas maintained and modern, and the views over Cardiff and out to sea are wonderful. De kamer was uitstekend, ook schoon en netjes, niet gehorig. Het hotel is gemakkelijk te bereizen van/naar het centrum (met de bus). Personeel is vriendelijk. Zeker een aanrader!"

"Very friendly staff. Lovely comfortable clean room. Great cocktails in the bar and fantastic food at Browns restaurant in the hotel. Location couldn't be better so all in all a fab place to stay in Cardiff city centre. We are planning to return."
