"The two biggest surprises were Viktor, their 3 day a week hiking guide, and how knowledgeable and helpful the staff were in planning our hikes and how to get there. "A genuinely fantastic experience and would recommend this hotel to anyone. The service throughout was impeccable. The room was wonderful and spacious with fresh towels each day. The spa is brilliant and if you have the chance to join an Aufguss session we would strongly recommend it - it was great! The itinerary of daily events was a really nice touch and the dessert buffet (Fridays) and banquet dinners (Sundays) were very good. One of the very best hotel stays I have had."

"Super lækkert hotel, helt nyt. Vi havde udsigt til bjergene, men der var ved at bliver bygget mere til hotellet, byggeriet var i gang, mest med at lægge flisegang, det ser ud til at blive rigtig fint. Så vi kunne kigge op på bjergene, men deres hotel var lidt i vejen. Ved ikke helt hvordan det bliver, når der kommer værelser overfor, men det skal nok blive godt. Ligger perfekt i forhold til Bolzano’s smukke centrum. Der var en Japansk restaurant og bar på 6 sal. når vi rejser spiser vi helst...
