"The newly renovated valley tower rooms were great! Check-in was packed right around 4:00 pm but the staff were great making the wait reasonable. Nice upgrades for food and drinks with a newer center bar. The location has always been great near the center of the strip."

"the room was not very clean. the pool here is maybe the worst i’ve experienced in vegas. how do you have 2 pools and the only chairs around the actual pool are only for rent? the only free chairs are on this large concrete pad nowhere near the pool. the spa is nice but they are way overcharging for facials. i thoroughly enjoyed my massage. i totally get charging for late check out but charging for early check in when a room is already clean and ready to go? overall this place is just okay. "
