"Room was advertised to have breakfast included. What a misleading, dishonest statement by the hotel. On arrival I was advised the breakfast was a continental with fresh pastries. Not so. Pastries were thawed out frozen items. Mostly inedible. An OJ, yoghurt, small amount of fresh milk, boring corn flakes. Not even additional tea or coffee sachets. IF THE BREAKFAST IS CONTINENTAL IT NEEDS TO BE HONESTLY DISCLOSED IN THE HOTEL INFORMATION SO POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS CAN MAKE AN INFORMED CHOICE. I never choose continental. I surely will never choose or recommend this hotel. What a very unpleasant experience."

"Lovely staff, very nice and helpful. Nice central location, easily walkable to dining, shopping, and sights. Room was dated, nothing like pictures on website, but nonetheless it was clean and cleaning service was provided daily. A bit pricey but overall a good experience. "

"The rooms are okay if you are only looking for a place to shower and sleep at nights. This was my second time staying here while visiting family nearby. It works as there are no other options. There’s nothing special about the place, just basic accommodation that costs well over £100 per night."
