"3 gece konaklama yaptığım Qrista by Dedeman’dan son derece memnun kaldım. Personellerin hepsi inanılmaz yardımcı. Kahvaltısı bence dışarıda Kars kahvaltısı veren yerlere gitmeyi gerektirmeyecek kadar iyiydi. Odalar temiz ve düzenli ancak biraz küçük içeride hareket alanı kısıtlı kalıyor. Otelin her yeri sıcacık dışarısı -20 bile olsa içeride üşüme imkanı yok. Oda temizliğini siz söylemezseniz yapmıyorlar. Tek eksik sayabileceğim yanı bu ama öyle önemli bir şey değil bence. "The room was nice and clean, the bin was broken and the bedding could have been thicker. We ate in the restaurant which was nice but the bar staff wasn’t very interested in his job. We were ignored for a while as he looked at his phone and chatted to another man. The waiter and food were both good. The reception staff were lovely and the breakfast delicious and varied. The hotel was very pretty with lots of decorations. I didn’t use the spa as it was men’s time but my husband did. It’s a shame there wasn’t a time we could use the pool area and swim together. "

"This hotel is easy walking distance to the main shops and transportation to Ani, as well as the Kars Castle and the train station. It also had surprisingly fast wifi, and a nice breakfast spread! The staff doesn't speak much (if any) English, and people were smoking in the main lobby (and rooms), but all in all I enjoyed my stay. "
