Had a wonderful time here. Great service and comfortable rooms. Our grandkids enjoyed all of the pools and large beach. The place is spotless and staff helpful and friendly. Bar service at the beach and pool excellent. One of the best frappes I had I. Greece. Highly recommend

Great location on the beach, 20 min from the airport and 5 min drive from the town. Great housekeeping , very clean , great team and management and such kind and considerate staff and team members. Our stay was perfect, room and service impeccable. My daughter had a small emergency and Budi from the bar was so kind and helpful. I am writing this review from Rhodes and frankly wish we could have stayed much longer in Karpathos. Great island, beautiful beaches but people of Karpathos including employees from Bali treated us so kindly as if we were their family. Food was good mostly international but we wish there was more seafood. Thank you all and I hope that owner/s recognize their incredible dream team.

Positive: - pools very nice - ample beach with lots of sunbeds - hotel staff - comfortable room Negative: - eco-sustainability: use of plastic cups at the beach (in 2024, come on), towels replaced when not necessary - breakfast below average (for sure not for a 5-star hotel)

Enjoyable stay near Pigadia, you can stroll to the port or stay near the hotel for shopping and dining options. The hotel staff is always available to help. Only one thing we did not like is buying bottle water at the restaurant every time even though the regular water should be potable and offered for free.

While the building was modern, clean, attractive and rooms well-maintained, the hotel was disappointing. Restaurant: Breakfast—plentiful but unattractive and tasteless. I don't think it worthy of the five star rating. Local eateries in the neighborhood were far superior. “Customer Service”--Hotel charged per bottle for tiny basic bottled water. We thought it should be complimentary. Gym—well equipped but in poor and mostly inoperative condition. Sauna functioned well. Not a wonderful, but acceptable experience. Huge disappointment—not recommended.

Beautiful hotel and beautiful front sea view of the room we booked (superior double room in the new part of the hotel). Location is 20 min walking from Pigadia, the main town in the Island. Room was very clean, thanks to Konstantina, always smiling with us. Despite the good location and the beautiful room, some elements and services looked very disappointing and very inadequate to a 5 stars hotel. Here below some suggestion to the manager/property of the hotel. A bottle of water in the room should be more than expected, we received one only in the first day; I’ve asked some cubes of ice and the barman (really unpolite with me) and he told me that the ice was only available with drinks at the bar! Some receptionists, despite the nice smile, were not able to help us in more than one occasion (apart from Rosana, very helpful and kind!) The morning breakfast was like a jungle, the self service space was too little for the dimension of the hotel; We stayed for 14 days in the hotel and every day we had the same type of food, no creativity at all; coffee was the lyophilized one with only two machine available for the entire crowd. No biscuits, no cappuccino available (considering that the majority of clients were Italian), very limited fruits, no fresh orange juice, but only the lyophilized one, quite disappointing to be honest. The beach was tidy and the sun beds were equipped with thick mattresses, nothing to complain, but the available showers had leaking, rusty and old pipes

Everyone, without exception, was very kind and polite. Excellent location With easy walk to the port town as well as location for driving throughout the island. Our room was very clean with quality linens and towels. Balcony view is wonderful. Spa was great. Hot sauna! Breakfast included and what a feast! Will definitely return!

Our stay at Konstantinos Palace was a very pleasant experience! First of all, we booked a standard room with mountain view, but our room was upgraded to a standard room with sea view for the same price! Awesome! The room was spacious, very clean, with comfortable beds. Hotel's private beach is wide, with comfortable sunbeds, the swimming pools are very nice. In the evening, you can have a drink at the Rooftop pool bar and enjoy a wonderful night view over Pigadia! The best place to stay in Karpathos!

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend mit direktem Zugang zum sauberen Strand mit eigenen Liegen und Schirmen. Sehr gepflegte Hotelanlage, sehr saubere Zimmer und sehr freundliches Personal, lediglich die Küche war enttäuschend. Die Auswahl ist zwar groß, die Qualität leider nur mäßig. Kulinarisch sind in direkter Umgebung die zahlreichen Tavernen die bessere Wahl.
