The only problem that we had were the roosters, we could hear them at night, but we complained about it and they gave us another room further away were we couldn't hear them. So the good thing is they react fast and effective abot the complaints. If i ever come to Bali, i will stay here again. "

"Just want to say, it was a great stay at this property, location was good. Spa was ok. Gym not so great. Staff were great and very friendly. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning the villa. Few negatives, mosquitoes were a problem, feel like burinh stucks or spray could be used when turn down service happens. (Had this in other hotels/villas similar) got bitten alot. Breakfast is too big and not great. We eat out everyday. There is so much potential for this place just needs to tweek a few...
