Unfortunately, it was an unhappy and uncomfortable stay, as I arrived on a weekend day and the reception was closed and there was no one there, but I spoke with Mr. Jarad (the hotel owner) who was there at the hotel and he gave me the room, but unfortunately it did not have air conditioning and it had a bad view and I asked him to Air conditioning told me that tomorrow I will see the matter and I sat in the room for a whole night in the intense heat without air conditioning and opened the windows and insects came in. The next day I talked to him and he was nervous and argumentative and spoke to me with extreme disdain and threatened me if I wanted to leave the hotel even though my requests were simple. Just air conditioning and tissues and the baby's bed had no mattress , Also, the beds were not comfortable, not even the pillows, not even the baby bed. He had promised me to change the room after a few days, but he did not fulfill his promise.

Ein außergewöhnlich guter Service! Supernettes kleines Suitenhotel. Ort, Lift und Therme fussläufig erreichbar. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Hervorzuheben ist der besonders zuvorkommende Service, der wirklich außergewöhnlich war! Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt, vielen Dank dafür!

Super Familienurlaub in einer schönen Landschaft

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft extrem zufrieden. Das Personal ist super nett, kinderlieb, freundlich und jederzeit bereit jegliche Fragen zu beantworten. Zusätzlich bekommt man noch tolle Tipps für Ausflugsziele. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist echt super und den Preis wert. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Kontra: Die Matratzen sind etwas zu groß für die Gestelle und wir sind ein paar Mal fast runtergerutscht. Das Tauern Spa, welches in den Fotos beworben wird, ist ca. 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Dies sollte noch in der Beschreibung erwähnt werden.
