We had an amazing stay at The House Hotel in Zell am See. A special thanks to Kamil, who was super friendly and incredibly helpful. His suggestion not to rent a car and instead use the public transportation pass provided by the hotel was excellent and made getting around so easy and convenient. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, and the location is simply magical — close to the city center, the bus station, and the train station. Walking distance to Zell lake. The breakfast was more than great, with a delicious variety of fresh options. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel!

Good location, only few mins walk to ski bus station to Kaprun or Schmittenstraße. The apartment is clean, big and have free washing machine and dryer to use. Breakfast is nice too. Underground car park is another plus point!

Enjoyable stay!

Hotel is conveniently located. Just a few mins walk from the Zell am See town. Room is spotless. Breakfast is included with excellent quality and choices. Kitchen facilities are adequate for making a simple meal. Staff are friendly too. Overall, it’s hard to fault.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment at The House for a recent ski trip with the family. The apartment was clean & spacious and rooms were large enough. All the facilities were there to make breakfasts & dinner. Great location, literally a 3 minute walk to the City Express Gondola, where you can leave your rental skis in the depot and your ski boots in a 3 Euro/day boot locker. The only real down side was the cost of breakfast at 22 Euros per person per day, a bit steep so we bought food in from the local Spa shop and cooked in the kitchen. This would have added 550 Euros onto our bill! Definitely stay here again though.

Perfekt sted for familie

Lækker lejlighedshotel med lækre værelser og veludstyret køkken. Meget tæt på byen og på lifte til Schmittenhöhe. God info omkring udflugter fra personalet. Var super hjælpsomme med sen tjek ind, som blevet klaret med en kode til en nøgleboks, hvor kortet til vores værelse var. Alt i alt godt sted

Vi ble veldig skuffet over at suiten var så dårlig plassert. Bakkeplan er ok, mendet var veldig mørkt, pga vinduer høyt oppe på veggen. Folk kunne komme inn om vi åpnet vinduer og terrassedør. Aircondition hadde hjulpet, for det var vanskelig å lufte. Sofaen var kledt med plast trekk og umulig sitte på.

Bra boende för familjer

Stor rymlig trivsam tvårumslägenhet med bra kök, badrum och balkong. Bra läge nära lift, city, bad och busstorg. Parkering finns för de med bil. Men i Zell am See och runt omkring behövs inte bil. Man kan gå eller åka lokalbuss som går ofta. Regionens sommarkort ingick i boendet vilket ger gratis resor på kabinbanor (annars dyrt!) bussar och badplatsen. Bra frukost med det man behöver. Negativt är att lägenheten blir varm varma sommardagar, låg precis ovanför entrén vilket gjorde att man hörde folk prata när de kom nattetid samt att sopbilen väckte oss två morgonar. Städningen var lite väl enkel samt att servicen var lite ojämn beroende på personal.
