Re. this one, the owners conveniently forgot to mention that there is a COMMON bathroom for all the bedrooms on the floor (one bathroom for seven rooms on the floor where I stayed). "Interesting old manor. Guests can wander through the gardens and beautiful old manor rooms. There is a nice swimming pool area in the gardens. The estate produces an excellent white wine. You can preorder diner on most days but there are only 8 guest rooms so there may not be many takers. A car is needed as the estate is out of town. The staff were helpful and friendly. "Beautiful property. Great (walkable) location to enjoy the city. Super breakfast. Front desk staff (Annalisa?) was exceptional! Went out of her way to help us make the absolute best use of our time. We booked this hotel specifically because it said “laundry facilities” and it was our laundry stop on a 16 day, 5 hotel stay . It should read “laundry services” as there are no facilities on site. When we asked for help,Annalisa found us a close, clean laundromat."

Two highlights of the stay were Joana, who was exceptionally friendly and helpful. And Bella (the hotel Frenchie) and her owner.
