"Staying here for 2 days was the best part of our trip to Costa Rica! We were treated like family! Albert Alonso the owner is a wonderful chef and he makes everything himself. From bread to pizza, pies and everything in between. He also went over and beyond and called around to find a personal guide to show us around the area that was honest and trustworthy. "Great stay- after our possessions were robbed from our truck in a bonded storage facility (el coco almacen fiscal- beware) we stayed in this hotel which was lovely. Breezy night, lots of great plant life and a few birds, and a nice overall vibe. The manager was very kind and made us feel welcome. Great breakfast, which was included in the cost."

"Living in nature! Beautiful remote location, quiet, monkeys on the trees around you, accommodating and friendly staff. Kitchen with basic dishes and stove. The cabin is basic but clean and comfortable. Each cabin has two bedrooms, kitchenette and main room, bathroom, and a covered balcony with furniture. Road to the ranch is a dirt road (not to rough but not ran issue)."
