"Le Sangay est l’hotel emblematique de Baños.La quasi absence de touristes rend la situation difficile ce qui fait que certains clients paient beaucoup moins cher que le prix d’Expedia…cela est visible comme le nez au milieu d’un visage c’est totalement frustrant.En corolaire le petit déjeuner est celui d’un hôtel bon marché.Le spa est minuscule,quant à la piscine l’eau n’est plus chauffée et est est mal nettoyée."

"The proprietor is truly wonderful and exceptionally hospitable. If you are seeking a rustic and grounded environment, this location would be ideal for you. The vistas from the breakfast area and the balcony are absolutely stunning. Please note, however, that the rooms themselves do not offer a view.
