Good location. Nice breakfast. Make sure you preorder your breakfast choice the night before at the bar area. The breakfast restaurant is connected to the hotel. Staff is friendly.

Lovely hotel in Banos! Super safe, totally walkable area and town. The hotel is 2 min walk to the hot springs. The hotel clerk is wonderful and helpful! Hotel room was great and bathroom was really great. It included a great little dessert the night we checked in and then a wonderful breakfast in the morning.

Needs some TLC but great breakfast and service

The service Paul provided was fabulous. He was really helpful. The room could use some attention, the bed sheets have had too much usage and could use replacing ( had some holes/stains). In the conditioner container, was clearly soap. A second night stand would be helpful. That being said, the breakfast and service was wonderful!

A cute, charming, hotel with friendly staff

The staff was very friendly and helpful! They had breakfast ready for us when we wanted it, called to have bikes delivered for us, and asked if we needed anything else. It was close to the thermal pools and quiet part of town. We enjoyed our stay!

This is a hidden gem! Just 5min from the centre of Banos but away from the tourist noise. Historic - I sat at the table of Ecuador's first President. Room was spacious and looked out on the garden. Great bar and restaurant. But best of all were the staff and service. Especially Paul who always went the extra mile and continues to do so as I forgot some stuff. Thank-you Paul and thank-you everybody!

A special place in Baños

The hotel has a unique vibe, a mixture of old as the original buildings is around 118 years old, but modern as the rooms are modern and the restaurant is a pleasure to eat in. It is off the noisy Main Street and a short walk to the hot springs. Everything was in excellent condition and Paulo was super helpful in all areas. His English was great which helped us a lot.

Sehr schönes, zentral gelegenes Hotel mit sehr leckerem Restaurant (sowohl Frühstück als auch Abendessen) mit individuell gestalteten Zimmer zu einem guten Preis. Das einzige, was etwas genervt hat, war die Diskussion bei der Abreise, dass noch Steuern zusätzlich gezahlt werden müssten. Nach Vorlage des Expedia Belegs war es aber dann geklärt. Abgesehen davon super Service, sehr zuvorkommend!
