"The one draw back was the TV remote. If i press the on but, the TV should come on. That did not happen. I should not have to call the front desk to figure out how to use the remote and turn on the TV. Other than the the hotel, room and service was great. Complimentary coffee but no FREE breakfast. "

"Cindy was the main staff that we interacted with she picked us up at the airport quickly and was most friendly and courteous. Then we left at 4 am leaving a couple items in the room she quickly answered she would put them in the employee lounge a very efficient and correct thing to do. We will absolutely recommend Sonestra select to friends and family next time they stay near MCI as the only place to consider staying!"

"Great place with shuttle to airport next morning with good breakfast available next morning. Bed was on the firmer side and walls thin but it was very clean and a great stay for the convenience and price! Will stay again "
