Staff is unprofessional

There are 3 APA hotel nearby and the hotel staff ask me to go to 3 different hotel to check in and find out they are totally wrong! waste a lot of time and parking fee! even the hotel staff is confused about their 3 hotel and mislead us to the wrong one!

片町にありコンビニや飲食店が近くに複数あり便利である。客室は清潔かつ電子レンジ等の必要な物が揃っていてビジネスで利用するにはとても良い。 チェックイン時に経験がさほど豊富ではない担当者が対応され多少スムーズさに欠けたものの、複数のタクシー会社の電話番号を調べ手書きのリストを用意してくれる等お客さんの役に立つ様一生懸命努力されていてとてもありがたかった。

お部屋は綺麗で満足感は高かったです。無料でいただけるパンも美味しかったし文句なかったです ただ道路渡って向かいのアパホテルに風呂入りに行くだけなのに交差点を渡らなければならないので夜の客引きが話しかけてきて邪魔でした。ホテルの力では無理でしょうが排除して欲しいですね

昨年も利用させていただき引続き今年も利用させていただきました。サービス並びに部屋の使いやすさは非常に良くビジネスでの利用するには最適なホテルであった。一点挙げるとしたら冷蔵庫のメイインスイッチが冷蔵庫内の見えにくいところにあり知らずに半日程度冷えない状態で使用しホテルスタッフに問い合わせて知ったという事があった。

アパホテルの系列なので通りを挟んで向かいにあるアパホテルの温泉を宿泊者は無料で使えるし朝にはパンを2個もらえるサービスもありお値段以上にお得でした。隣は片町きららなのとバス停も直ぐ横にあるので交通の便もかなり良く使い勝手が良いです。
