This hotel was one of the closest hotel to the Long Warf water front area, right above the Aquarium subway station and next to the Faneuil Hall Marketplace - South Market. It's a very well maintained boutique hotel with a couple of atriums separating each segments making it somewhat of a maze of a floor plan. "The first couple days the elevator wasnt working but it was fixed , kinda slow but hey its an older hotel. Location is great , staff was friendly , rooms were clean , would stay here again "

"We loved our stay at this Hyatt! The staff was so kind and welcoming and the room was comfortable and clean. Great gym and indoor pool area as well. The best part was the location. It's minutes from Boston Commons and a short walk to Boston Public Gardens, Fanueil Hall, Beacon Hill and so many other attractions. We'd love to stay again!"
