"Very nice room. Clean and well-appointed. We had a toilet issue at 11:00 at night, but they immediately sent up a maintenance person who repaired it in just a few minutes. The room service food was fantastic. Better than anticipated. I would go back to the cafe just for the food. Overall a wonderful experience."

"We had an amazing experience at Nobu Palo Alto. From the moment we booked, everything was smooth and well taken care of. Huge shoutout to Josue for helping us secure both the room and our dinner reservation — he made the whole process effortless. And Chef Charlie at the chef’s counter was incredible. His food recommendations were spot on and truly elevated the entire dining experience. The staff was friendly and attentive, the room was cozy and comfortable, and the amenities were great. We celebrated our anniversary here and couldn’t have picked a better place. Thank you to the whole team for making it such a memorable stay. We’ll definitely be back."
