"The room smelled of cigarette smoke. When asked to change room, the reception was most reluctant. After that the staff become rude to us. The pillows were moldy and the whole place was dark and gloomy. We felt unsafe and check out to other hotel without staying though we already paid for the 2 rooms."

This sometimes slow down the check in process. The room and bathroom was clean but the bedsheets and pillow cases stinks.
