It is beautiful. The view is breathtaking and staff very helpful, especially Haykal who is so polite and friendly. I never met anybody. told them about my late bus arrival. They let the door open for the night. slept in the lobby on a chair. left in the morning at 09:30. No staff had arrived. Left 20 RM on the desk with a thanks.

The room is spacious and clean, good for big family, also able to cook in the kitchen. The big problem is the waiting for lift to going up and down take long time, only 1 lift available and very poor maintenance. Swimming pool poor maintenance and parking lot dark for other side.
