"The check-in process was rushed and worker did not bother to explain anything about the hotel and its amenities (of which I paid a premium for) except about the breakfast. No mention about the beach, pools, 24-hour gym, kid's adventure zone etc - I had to google about all these myself! Bad check ..."

Short Family Stay to Escape Water Cut
"The condition of the room is not great - very dated and could do with an overhaul. Cleanliness can be further improved as we noticed that the couch and curtains are dusty. There was no wifi provided with our package - very unfortunate because who charges for that these days!"
