"The room was clean and nice. Breakfast was good. A couple of things though: the door to the room was hard to open . It stuck to the jamb and the floor. The door handle to the bathroom was loose. Besides that it was great. I liked the parking arrangement. Very smooth and easy. If not for the door issues, I would give this place a 5 star review."

"Internet didn’t work, air conditioner didn’t work, phone didn’t work, and we could hear construction during the day like it was right next to us. I would do yourself a favor and just don’t stay here. There are many other nicer hotels in the area. When we approached management we were told they had been having “issues” with the WiFi and there was nothing they could do and that the air was controlled to stay at 74 degrees. Not pleasant"

"Never stayed. I payed my money in advance, drove 30 mins from a concert only to be told they were sold out. I ha no where to stay. Had to drobe another 40 mins and spend anoyher 160 i didnt have for another room. I need my money back and will never EVER book at this location again"

"This is a superb place to stay if you are going anywhere in downtown Cleveland. Parking is across the street and there is an underground tunnel that connects. We had a corner room and had tremendous views of the lake and the city with windows on both sides. It felt like a penthouse. Worth it!"
