"check-in on 25/12/25, as the experience was far below Wyndham’s expected standards. During check-in, the Indonesian female receptionist was unprofessional and lacked basic front office knowledge, unable to answer simple questions and repeatedly stating that check-in was at 3:00 pm, which I was already aware of; my request to pre-check in by submitting my details, a standard hotel practice, was met with reluctance and poor service attitude. You basically go outside besides road side and get your key card. The room was okay but the Bedsheets had yellow stains and they looked dirty. Mattress would give you backache for sure. Avoid if possible."

"Genting is afterall Genting.
It was fun and pleasant.
The housekeeping staff is friendly and i enjoyed their kind attention.
The hotel can do with providing better amenities for a resort though.
There was nothin more than 2 small complimentary water bottles and coffee packets, for that price range, it does not yet compare with the same at Macau's 4 star and 5 stars.
Nonetheless, Thank you for the memories."
