"We were a group of nature lovers who were using this as a three night stay to get used to the temperature and time change upon arrival in Borneo. Loved the grounds and snorkeling right from the beach. Fantastic nature center staffed by several biologists. The food options were a bit pricey but we were expecting that. The grounds were very birdy and we found two Borean Pit Vipers. The mangrove tour was fantastic. Room is very good quality for the price."

On arrival James and Felix gave us a lovely welcome & explained where everything could be found, we received a room upgrade with a sea view & balcony as they are completing works / upgrades to the restaurant & rooms. "The property is beautiful surrounded by a lush forest which brings around wildlife (including some monkeys that can be a bit invasive). The tram at Bunga Raya was really a pleasure, with smiles and warm hospitality. We do have to warn of the sand flies, which left my husband with over 60 bites on his back even after applying repellent (I on the other hand was never bothered much, as with other guests it was a hit or miss). "Semasa sampai ke hotel semua nya bagus dgn senyuman pekerja yg berbudi bahasa, saya dan isteri terus menuju ke bilik 201, kami masuk bilik lihat2 seluruh bilik semuanya bersih dgn kelengkapan yg ada dlm bilik amat memuaskan. Isteri saya menutup pintu dari dlm bilik ternyata ada masalah pintu tdk blh di kunci Dr dlm bilik pasal Ada kerosakan, tapi masalah selesai setelah maintenance dtg memperbaikinya, pada kira2 pukul 7mlm kami pun keluar mencari mkn dekat center point dan berjln2 sekitar pasar...
