My experience was amazing. Of course, once I get there my card isn’t working, right? Ughhhh. However, the front desk was accommodating and let me still check in and just advised to have it situated prior to departure. Breakfast was amazing, room was cleaned very well, projector instead of a tv was kool and different.

All good, be aware airport shuttle finishes at 9:10 am, yes 9:10am in the morning. Pretty cost effective if you want to catch an early morning flight at Haneda airport.

Room was clean and location was close to the metro station as stated in reviews. However we had trouble with the shower, which was in a shower room. This room filled with ankle deep water which spilled into the sink area and then into the foyer, requiring me to use the towels to create a dam and mop up the water. I believe the shower drain backed up, either because of a hair collecting device or because of a partial blockage further downstream. I emailed the owners and a woman showed up within an hour to bring us more clean towels and to help me clean up the mess. This was the first time we had used the shower. After she cleaned it, it drained ok.

"Although the property is not exactly updated, it was incredibly clean and the staff were so friendly and helpful. It’s located right in front of the beginners lift and was close proximity to the ski school and shuttle pick up. I would definitely stay here again in the future."

"Amazing staff very attentive and helpful. The room, the onsen are very clean and well maintained. The food was amazing. Steps from a couple of conbinis and good restaurants. Only slight downside is that it’s a bit of a walk (20 min) or a short drive to Goryu ski resort. It’s a 15min cab ride to Happo. ..."
