"Insgesamt ist es ein sehr praktisches Hotel, sehr gute Lage, fussläufig zur Altstadt, die Innenstadt-Parkgarage ist mit dem Hotel verbunden, schöner Pool vorhanden. Check-in/ out an der Rezeption verlief sehr reibungslos. Wir hatten ein sehr ruhiges Zimmer zum Innenhof. Restaurant u. Bar hat nur bis 22:00 geöffnet, aber wir haben etw.in der Stadt gefunden. Leider war das Personal beim Frühstück recht unfreundlich. Wir würden beim nächsten Besuch wieder im Grauen Bären absteigen."

"Alles in allem sehr sauber und Zweifels ohne zu empfehlen. Die Unterkunft war für 3 Personen mehr als ausreichend groß. Das Frühstück hatte genügend Auswahl. Das Personal war nett und hilfsbereit. Lediglich die Dame beim Checkout scheint nicht ihren allerbesten Tag gehabt zu haben. "

"Staff was friendly, rooms were nice and clean. Great breakfast and the amenities were a nice perk. We found some cute restaurants around the area and you can't beat the view. Our only complaint was the bathroom sink was kind of annoying as it seemed more for appearance than function (there was little room for the water to actually go)."
