"The room was.clean, staff was accommodating, fantastic breakfast. Only negative was the bed and pullout bed were harder than rocks...my back is still trying to recover from the springs/rocks they both felt like."

"I had a wonderful time the room was great and the staff was very friendly one thing happened I couldn’t get food from the kitchen one one of my days because there were short staffed that was a bummer no salad anywhere. But other than that, I had a great time."

"Because of us visiting family over the past 9 years. We've stayed at multiple hotels in Fresno area and this was one of the best one's we've ever stayed at. The staff was friendly helpful and great customer service. The breakfast had great options and was kept will stocked also extremely clean as well. The room was spacious clean. The best part that my family enjoyed was the indoor pool. "

"The breakfast was just okay, but the waitstaff was very friendly and kept the food and coffee supplies adequately stocked. The TV in our room was the worst. The remote was unfriendly and we couldn’t stream any of our services. Wished I would have brought my cables for the back to mirror my iPhone. We were there for 4 nights and never saw housekeeping once so we ran out of clean towels and Kleenex. The AC roared when on but it worked. All in all it was just okay for the price but probably wouldn’t stay here again."

"Breakfast is fresh and good . But the room is terrible . The bathroom only has a shower curtain, so water seeps out everywhere when you shower. The headboard is very hard, and it’s easy to bump your head against it when lying down."

"To start, the key cards to our room didn’t work, the front desk attendant had to let us into our room while telling us that “sometimes the batteries die” in the door and that he had no other rooms available. Get to room which had sticky floors, unclean surfaces, and hair still hanging out in the shower. As if all that wasn’t enough the other guests/residents were extremely noisy for a good chunk of the night which included one such individual to knock loudly at our door. If you’re just traveling and looking for a place to stay for the night keep looking. "
