"The room was eye level with the freeway. The windows need to be replaced they are outdated and do not block any noise. When I first walked in i thought the window was left open. I should have requested to change rooms, my mistake for trying to stick it out."

"The staff was not at all the issue. They were great, despite the fact that one person was trying to manage several jobs at once, and I suspect making measly minimum wage. This place was FILTHY! There were layers of dust and grime on so many surfaces in my room. It was just disgusting. Also, the room had no microwave so the desk clerk had to find one from another room and hand carry it to mine. The stairwells were littered with cigarette butts and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in ages. I was woken up at 4:30am on day 1 by a guy operating a loud leaf blower in the parking lot! Then on day 2, I was woken up at 4:00AM by a lady in an adjacent room to mine who decided to prop her door open and talk to someone on her phone on speaker mode. This place gave me the vibe that it was a low income housing project rather that an Extended Stay Hotel. I will not be back. If I were Extended Stay America, I would be very concerned that this is the type of product associated with your marketing brand name."
