"We were in the Diamond Head Tower. The room was very clean thanks to our housekeeper Rosemarie. All the staff members were helpful and polite. Good selection of shopping on property. The only complaint is the "smokers area" is not covered and with 2 days of rain it was very inconvenient."

"総合的には満足です。マウンテンビューの部屋を取りましたが、見えたのはダイヤモンドヘッドから左に伸びる部分で、山のメインの部分は全く見えませんでした。どちらかというとパーシャルオーシャンビューといったほうが合っていると思います。お風呂の排水が常に悪かったですが、頼んだらすぐに来てくれました。スタッフの対応はとても良いです。タオルや飲み水には不自由なく、ベットのの寝心地はとても良かったです。プールやビーチ、ショッピングモールのアクセスも徒歩圏内。8泊の滞在でしたが快適に過ごせました。ただ、長期だったので洗濯をしたかったのですが、持っていったカードがリジェクトされ、洗濯機も乾燥機も使えませんでした。しかも混雑するので、結局諦めて手洗いしました。カードは余計に持っていった方がいいです。"
