"The staff was very helpful and they were able to organize taxis to both Ajanta and Ellora caves. Free breakfast and near by restaurants made getting food easy. Good for a solo traveler."
"Overall the hotel is good relative to the price paid. Location is super as it is near to the airport, on the main road, and near to the downtown. Service is good as well and staffs are friendly. Breakfast served is simple but very tasty. Lunch and dinner are just average. Cleanliness and decos are good."
"It is very old hotel and one of the worest hotel i stay in India. Especially, the condition of the bed is really bad and it would be even better to sleep at the floor.
The staff was very nice and helpful."
"Everything was dirty( bet, sheets, pillow, shower room)
Shower does not work due to no lever
The only amenities provided were water, soap, and a bath towel. No tissues or toilet paper.
I will never stay at this hotel again, nor will I use Fab Groop again."
"For three persons we had asked for three bottles of water instead of two supplied - just for some 15 Rs worth water, manager was showing me rules
We had informed him earlier they we will not be having breakfast as we had to leave early. We had paid for the breakfast online - did not support in giving water also. Disgusting "
"The on-site restaurant, Appetite, is absolutely outstanding! The quality of service is top-notch — the staff is not only incredibly polite but also remarkably efficient. A special mention goes to Mr. M. Bari, whose professionalism and warm hospitality truly set him apart. He’s an exceptional host who made our dining experience memorable."
