"We only stayed one night before taking the ferry to Utila. I appreciated that they arranged my airport transfer to the hotel and from the hotel to the ferry. My room was near the water, but you had to walk down the sand to get to it due to construction work. "Not a very good place to stay. Had to check in and out at a different hotel which is about 10 minutes away and had to keep messaging on Expedia as there was no other way to contactstaff. No water in the room when we first arrived and the drain in the shower smelt like sewage when we first turned it on and there was dirt in the sink and trainer footprints in the shower. "We rented the room for a weekend getaway for my mom on her bday, she enjoyed every minute of it from the food, pool and everything. Just what she needed some relaxation. They even brought her a slice of cake and sang happy birthday 🙌!! She had a pool view from her room on the first floor she enjoy the fact that she didn’t had to climb the stairs lol. After all everything was wonderful."

"Great deal for the price and location, two-minute walk and you get to West Bay Beach. The Hotel is in front of West Bay Road (easy to access and recognize).
