"We had a very disappointing experience. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful, especially when we tried to address concerns during our stay. It felt like they didn’t care at all, likely because it was busy during spring break. The overall experience was frustrating and stressful, especially traveling with kids. We ended up leaving early because our trip was completely ruined. I would not recommend staying here based on how we were treated and the lack of customer service. "

"Rooms was very clean!! Staff was friendly! Great amenities…the only issue I had was with the laundry. The washer were card payment…the dryers were coin operated…dryers didn’t dry properly, had to do it a couple of times. But everything else was AMAZING!!!"

"The battery to lock our door was low upon entry. We had to wait almost one day before it got fixed. If travelling with toddlers, you can’t lock the door from the inside. My 2 year old was able to open and close the front door, so we had to block it. The rooms were clean and spacious. Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, large fridge and pantry for food storage. The people above us were ridiculously loud! Partying until past 3am! With two small kids, it made sleeping very hard. The noise above sounded like someone was going to fall through the ceiling into our apartment. Safe to say, noise barriers aren’t really a thing. You can literally hear when your neighbours come and go and party! "

"We are always staying at resorts this was our first time at this one. Very clean rooms housekeeping staff not to friendly it’s ok no security in the front entrance 3 fights one physical and people parking in front of the entrance while checking in not letting anyone move there cars because they were blocked and fights and arguments began as we waited in our vehicle while husbands were checking in. No police or security anywhere. Very scary. But the resort looked nice from our room we were a bit intimidated to walk around. Did not let my teens explore cause of the yelling and screaming around us not sure if fighting or just having a good time. "

"Breakfast was all we needed. Coffee 24 hours. There are restaurants in walk-in distance. Tons of shopping for my wife which made her happy. Location was perfect. Bed slept nice. Shower was hot. "
