"The breakfast was not kept up for refills of food. People made a mess too awhile for cleaning up. Had to run the shower for 5 min for hot water.....then it ran out after the 2 of us took showers."

"Clean room. Family friendly. Bar right in the middle of the pool areas. Kids activities galore. Our problem was the mattress needed replacing horribly. Big divots. Love the wrist band as an all purpose function, room key, entrance to water park, paying method etc. "

"High points were front desk staff, restaurant staff, and food were fantastic. Low points were pool was poorly lit and rooms looked DIY. Worst was the slippery bathroom floor that looked like it was a sheet of slick fake wood paneling and poorly designed. Shower was too short and shampoo machine was poorly placed. "
