"Great hotel. I used their gym and hot tub. There is a moxies right in the hotel. The food is excellent. I was very pleased with the staff customer care. Very pleasant very accommodating. "

"Resort is great, clean, lots of food options Staff is excellent. Always my preferred place to stay in Calgary. Only gripe I have is the “snack station” in your room. I understand $4 for a chocolate bar, but $4 for a 500ml bottle of water? The bottled water should be complimentary. Our last stay, we were on the 6th floor, it took probably 8-10minutes for the shower water to heat up. Other than those, in my opinion, negligible gripes, Grey eagle is an excellent place to stay. Will continue to be my #1 choice in Calgary. "

" Breakfast was great. Disappointed in my room. I booked double bedroom suite with several people. The hotel knew I’d be using hideabed. When we went to get ready at 2 am - no linens, pillows, blankets…!! Not the time to be calling housekeeping. Paying 21x3 for parking is ridiculous in these days of customer satisfaction. "
