Estivemos hospedados recentemente e reconhecemos que a pousada tem uma estrutura excelente e um grande potencial. O atendimento foi cordial e eficiente. O quarto era confortável, com um banheiro espaçoso e um chuveiro de ótima qualidade. Contudo, observamos que a limpeza precisa de mais atenção: no nosso quarto havia poeira visível, teias de aranha e alguns insetos no chão. A impressão é de que a faxina é feita apenas superficialmente. A área externa é bastante ampla, com móveis de ótima qualidade, e a área de lazer tem muito charme, mas está precisando de revitalização. O café da manhã, apesar de simples, foi saboroso e suficiente. Em resumo, é um local acolhedor e com potencial para ser excepcional, desde que invista mais em manutenção e na qualidade da limpeza.

Não voltarei ao local

Pousada com boa estrutura, contudo mal cuidada. Sem manutenção (saboneteira do box despencada)e limpeza péssima, teias de aranha no ventilador, nas paredes, na Tv e janelas). Roupas de cama e banho rasgadas, box com lodo, não é limpo abaixo da cama. A arrumação diária do quarto (serviço de camareira) não é feita, nem quando solicitado, foi preciso a interferência da proprietária que também não se mostrou apta para receber a reclamação. A água da piscina estava verde. O café da manhã desproporcional ao n° de hóspedes e sem reposição.

Excelente o atendimento dos funcionários e recepção! Nota 1.000!!!! O café da manhã é sensacional. O quarto estava com cheiro de guardado, nós que somos alérgicos, tivemos problema com isso, só essa observação mesmo, o restante foi excelente.
