Terrível, propaganda enganosa.

O lugar está caindo aos pedaços. Os quartos estão com papéis de parede soltando, o ar condicionado não funciona. O lugar não tem manutenção ha muito tempo. Não tem cobertores suficientes para todos, quartos com mofo. Não tem nenhum perfil de hotel fazenda, tem uma lagoa mal cuidada e mesmo assim, fechada ao público. A estadia é caríssima para a realidade do local. Precisa de reformas urgentemente. Todos os cantos são sujos, desde as lâmpadas, cabeceiras das camas, cadeiras. O exaustor do banheiro parece um trator, de tanto barulho que faz. Chega a cansar a cabeça. O checkout é um terror. Fiz a reserva pela internet para ser ágil e não serviu de nada. Começaram a fazer os cálculos no papel, a conta deu maior que o valor no hotéis.com, começou a fazer de novo… quase 30 minutos para realizar um checkout. Foi uma decepção. O café da manhã não tem variedade, louças velhas e sujas. Levei minha família para um final de semana diferente e foi uma decepção.

Poor service and hotel needs renovation

Arrived early but waited 2.5 hrs for a room. Had to change rooms due to an ant infestation. Second room was better but had ants too. Was never told there was a special Christmas lunch and paid 10 times normal cost for a poorly presented, cold and tasteless meal.The staff are helpful but the hotel is poorly managed and needs extensive renovation

Péssimo atendimento no restaurante , chalé antigo, preço alto no bar da piscina, 1 piscina pequena ( estava tendo evento escolar ) e não deu p ficar muito tempo. Esperava mais pelo custo . Não recomendo.

Quarto 86 com vazamento na torneira da pia do banheiro, tive de pedir mais 2 toalhas, éramos 4 p, disponibilizaram apenas 2. Funcionários prestativos e educados, nas áreas comuns. Valor da alimentação bem elevado para o que era oferecido. Bom café da manhã, com bastante variedade.

Muito ruim

Infelizmente foi péssima. Hotel com boas opções de lazer para crianças porém quartos com mobília velha, roupas de cama da pior qualidade além de desgastadas, móveis empoeirados, banheiro sujo com mofo na área molhada. Atendimento do restaurante tanto na hora do café como no horário das refeições sofrível.

Precisa de uma boa reforma URGENTE

Ótima localização, tinha tudo pra ser uma referência na região pelo tamanho da propriedade. Porém está abandonado, tudo muito antigo, recepção em péssimo estado de conservação. Cheguei a noite e quase fui embora e perder oque tinha pago, mas resolvi ficar. No dia seguinte foi bom, tinha muitas famílias com crianças e a recreação muito boa. Café da manhã deixou a desejar, mas o suco de laranja é ótimo.

Foi boa, embora o banheiro do quarto estivesse com a fechadura da porta do banheiro estivesse emperrada e o próprio banheiro não estivesse bem cuidado. O café da manhã é muito bom, embora não tivesse nenhum bolo sem glutem. Os funcionários são bem educados e simpáticos.

Horrível. Pode fechar as portas

Hotel horrível, pessoas sem educação e sem preparo. Dizem aceitar animais, mas podem apenas ficar trancados nos quartos e sem direito a circular nas áreas do hotel. Não recomendo a ninguém.
