The staff was excellent. When we got into our room we noticed there was an issue with the toilet and the TV wasn't working. I went down and spoke to the front desk and the gentleman quickly other got us in another room. The lady at the desk when we checked out was very friendly and cheerful. Room was nice and clean

We stay here 3-4 times a year. It is a wonderful hotel. Very clean, safe and staff will go above and beyond for you. The elevator will be down November and December. Be sure to ask if it's operational before you book your room.

The hotel rooms were amazing. Everything was beautiful and very clean. The room had everything that a small apartment would have. Including fridge and sink. The whole experience was easy and I was able to relax after driving all day.The check in and out were so smooth and I had no issues. I will definitely be staying at this hotel on my way through Joplin. Would definitely recommend.
